We are in Chicago this week to celebrate Christmas with Alyssa's family. This morning, we took Alistair to uptown Park Ridge to see the Metra train and to go to the library to read some books. He loved going through the books and playing with the wooden toy train table. Afterwards we took a brief walk around (it was very cold). Several new retail/condo developments have been built since Alyssa moved so it looks very different. Here is a picture of Alyssa and Alistair with the Pickwick Theater in the background. The Pickwick hasn't changed much since it opened in 1928.
