Window

Alistair loves to look out the window. He likes to watch the cars and trucks drive down the street. In winter, the snowplows were fascinating. He is scared when the garbage truck comes to empty our neighbor's dumpster. He likes to watch the birds ("caw-caws") and people walking their dogs ("doggie"). Now that the snow has melted, he points out the "leaf" and gets excited when he sees a squirrel. And of course, he likes to watch Ray and Ellen when they are getting into their cars and driving away.
