Last night, when Alyssa asked Alistair what he wanted to do the next day, he said "Picking blueberries." So today, we headed down to Riverview Farm. Alistair was practically eating the blueberries as fast as we could pick them.
We also picked some Macoun and Honeycrisp apples. With the early warm weather this spring, the blossoms came out early and were then damaged in a frost. The apple crop this year is about ten percent of what it normally would be, so we were happy that we were able to pick some.
